Incorporation and operation – Salt Lake Potash Limited is incorporated in Australia and operates in Australia.

Corporate Governance – The Company applies the ASX Corporate Governance Council Principles and Recommendations (“ASX Principles and Recommendations”). A statement of the Company’s compliance with the ASX Principles and Recommendations can be accessed on the Corporate Governance Page. The statement was approved by the Board on 23 September 2020 and will be updated annually.

UK Shareholders – Shareholders should note that the rights of shareholders of a UK incorporated company may differ from those of an Australian incorporated company.

UK City Code – Salt Lake Potash Limited is not subject to the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. As an Australian Incorporated Company, Salt Lake is subject to the provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (‘Act’). Chapter 6 of the Act contains the central prohibitions and restrictions concerning the acquisition of shares and sets out the permitted forms of takeover bid and the information which must be given to shareholders and the stock market generally in connection with a takeover bid.

Exchanges – Salt Lake Potash Limited is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (‘ASX’) and the AIM Market (‘AIM’).
